Introducing: Dancer Coordinator
To support our growing community and refine how we deliver unforgettable performances, we’re introducing a new leadership role: Dancer Coordinator.
This key position will work directly with @Mamba to:

Organize dancer rosters for all Kagura-led and collaborative events

Manage performance schedules and dancer slots across key worlds
-
Coordinate show flow with DJs and world staff for polished, high-impact sets

Onboard new talent, offer coaching, and incorporate dancer feedback
-
Represent dancer interests across Kagura and our partner networks
This role isn’t just management — it’s movement leadership.
